Elegance

This portrait is a classic of portrait photography. For this theme, the choice of the model was perfect. The position of the body already speaks of a certain elegance of the subject. I really enjoyed this fantastic and refined still life. The object so little in use suggests a different era, but from the way it is presented it suggests the moment of great elegance. The excellent post production embellishes the result flawlessly. Knowing the difficulty of photographing gold and precious in general, I decided to reward the photographer for his skill and mastery.

I gave 1st place to this image because I see it as a perfect example of elegance, modernity and creativity. The technical shot is perfect and soft. All the elements (feathers, makeup, hat added in post production) speak of an extreme and refined elegance. Fantastic combination of colors and the contrast between light and dark.

It is an image of great impact even if it can immediately appear very simple and usual. The rule of thirds and minimalism make it very effective. The position of the subjects is very graceful, refined and seems refined. Two colors (green and orange) can create a pleasant atmosphere to the eye. It could be a picture to be framed.
