There is boundless joy to be had creating and evolving a garden, and growing produce for the kitchen. These spaces are valuable for leisure, escape and wellbeing, and capturing the beauty and variety of domestic garden spaces, and the ways in which they are enjoyed, brings even more joy. As with so many subjects in the natural world, the artistic possibilities within even small areas are many. All images of home gardens and allotments are welcomed.

I liked this shot, as it shows an allotment, and you get three views. One of the shed and the slither of allotment to the left with the treehouse, then you can see into the shed window to see what looks to be a tomato plant, and in that same window you get a reflection of a sunset from the other direction.
Liked this one for the shafts of sunlight hitting the little wooden bridge. Shows a garden pond and I like the angle of where the image was taken. It's an inviting view and that's always magic with garden photography. There is a plaque but I can't make out what it says. Clearly someone loves this space.

A great view, showing a passionate gardening couple. Nicely framed, makes the viewer feel part of the scene, and the white dog helps add a homely feel. I like the working garden feel about this, and it makes me feel that they are collecting their vegetables to cook for their tea later that evening. Lovely.
This image is a moment in time of a bench which clearly has been there for a very long time. I loved the soft light and soft moss growing all around. Nicely shot using a F/11 so much of the bench is in focus. It is tempting to use a wider aperture but the resulting image wouldn't have been as effective in my view. Lovely shot!
