People Looking at Food

I am not sure whether any person is -properly speaking - looking at food, and this is the sole reason it is not my top three. However, I also got bewitched by the boy's sad eyes, and the unreal atmosphere of the scene. The low-key light and the monochrome gives a wonderful sensation of being in a ghost story.

My second favourite in this context. You have captured the delicate action of dosing salt so skillfully, and the man's focused expression is a tribute to the art of cooking. Rule of the third is applied at its best, vertical and horizontal lines perfectly harmonize, and any item in the scene adds something to the whole effect. Impressive!

Definitely, one of the funniest pictures in this context. Vosually, it might be not perfect, the white is too dashing for my eyes, but who cares? The portait of this woman eating candy suger in the snow is amusing, bizarre and gives you the feeling of having met a wonderful character for a comody movie. Also, the similarity in color and texture btwn snow amd sugar is so much inspiring!

A photo I love a lot. The color choice and the whole organization of the stage is so glamorous and alluring, and the young man expression of pleasure anticipation makes you feel the need of urgently buying all these chocolate boxes. The delicate texture of the dark background is perfectly in tune with the overall mood of the image. If I had a chocolate factory, I would immediately hire you for my advertising.
