Shadows (in colour)

This image has some great components. The green leaves against the yellow wall already create an eye-pleasing image. But the shadow of the man adds more complexity to the photo. Thank you so much for entering this photo in my contest "Shadows" Well done!

There were many great photos in this contest, but this image was my top choice from the start. There are so many elements to love; the expression on the woman's face, the red of the umbrella against the fall colours, and the amazing shadow on the umbrella. Congratulations!

What an amazing image! I absolutely love the colour contrast between the blue-green of the water and the orange of the sand. And even though the people are quite small, the shadows are very easy to see and they really catch the eye of the viewer. Well done!
