The City of Rome (No Vatican Images)

The thing that drew me to this image was its originality. Not many people would think to look at a puddle and see a photo opportunity. Nice job in keep the dull grey sky to a minimum. Very well done on a great image

An awesome image of the Spanish Steps. I'm guessing you stayed up into the small hours to shoot this. Great tones and a great foreground subject to lead the viewer further into the image. This is the best image of the Spanish Steps on Photocrowd IMO. Congratulations on making my top ten

I really like this image of the Colosseum. The haze of the city LED lights mixing with the dark sky gives a nice mix of tones. Nicely framed as well. I'm guessing you stayed up very late to nail this image due to the lack of traffic. This is a viewing pleasure. Well done on a fantastic image

This is a cracking image of Ponte Vittorio and the Tiber. I like the pathway on the right leading the viewer further into the image and beyond. What a sky you captured. It looks almost apocalyptic. Almost perfect reflections as well. Well done on making my top ten

This is a great image of the Colosseum. Fantastic mixture of tones from the cold lower lights to the warm upper illumination and finally the red clouds complimenting the dark blue hour sky. The tree to the left is providing an unnecessary distraction and could've been cropped out. An image that is pleasing to the eye though. Well done on making my top 10

This image cast me back to the movie "Gladiator". The imposing feat of architecture against a moody sky. I can almost hear the fanfare when they recreated the battle of Carthage. A photo that evoked such a memory is a great photo IMO Congratulations on such an evocative shot
