Wish I Was Still There (in colour)

This is probably a very unexpected choice, but after tying myself into knots for days about which photo should be my winner, I went back to my brief and decided that this photo most expressed the spirit of the brief. We are a community of passionate photographers - and, hand on heart, where do we all want to be - where the action is, camera ready in hand and I can feel this tension and passion in the photo and that's why it is my winner.

This is the first time that I fell for a drone photo in a big way. I'm normally not a fan, but this way the image can capture the sheer size and endlessness of this winter wonderland. On the ground a photo would have only been able to capture a small part of it, and it is just the vastness of the landscape that is so impressive and fascinating. Thank you.
