Abstract Water Reflections and Ripples

This is what I was hoping for when I created this contest, smooth silky water with fabulous tones and gorgeous shapes. The fluidity of this image is stunning. Don't you just want to dive in? Another one of my top ten points was to have a cropped image so there were no other distractions. It's a very calming image too, and yes, I'd like this on my wall. A very worthy winner. I had to commend this as I love the way the bird blends in so well with the ripples on the water, and the water looks like liquid metal. Excellent composition and well done for making me look twice and thank you for entering the contest.

I do like this. You can almost feel the water and the lovely fluidity in this. I like the fact you have the centre ripples to focus the eye on and above and below the softer smoother water. It works well in black and white. Thank you for entering the contest.
