This is such a wonderful image and you've captured the essence of this contest and why I set it. For me, the image contains everything that canals and locks are all about. I like how the boat is still in the shot and in the background you can see the water. You've kept all the right details in but haven't distracted the viewer from the main subject. An awesome image.
