Fast Food

This is a nice portrait of a boy with plenty of fast food elements to fit the brief. The second drink cup, serves as an invitation to the viewer to sit down and join the scene. The young man's eyes and hidden grin, really. drew me in.to your photograph, and I wish I was his dinner partner. Thank you for your entry, and congratulations on the top spot

Thank you for your entry of this food vendor and his customers. I like the composition, color palette and subject matter very much. The steam provides drama to this peaceful scene, and I like the expressions on the girl's faces. I wish you had zoomed in a bit so we could see more detail on their faces, and also of the corn on the cart. The photo felt a bit tilted to me and for that reason, did not make my top ten list. With a little creative cropping, focusing on the cart, you could solve that problem.

This is one of many good pictures of the iconic "Golden Arches." I love the vivid colors of this entry. The Golden Arches contras nicely against the purple sky. The light trails and the street lamp flares add a nice touch. I would have preferred for the main sign to be a bit sharper. Maybe the wind was moving the pole some. For that reason, it did not make my top ten list, but is a wonderful entry. Thank you for sharing.

What a fun photo. I love this vintage sign. The entire shot is a flashback to the past. The early touch of gold on the tee leaves, hints at the coming season. I can almost imagine a group of children on their way home from school, stopping in for a milkshake and French fires. If you could replace the sign across the street with a school zone sign it would complete the vibe. On the technical side, I would like to see a little more clearance above the "Coast to Coast" sign, a little more crispness to the photo, and maybe a bit less tilt., all very minor adjustments. Other than that, this is a very nice entry. Thank you bringing back memories of my younger days.

Thank you for your entry in the Fast Food challenge.. This is a wonderful composition of a traditional British fish and chips dinner. I love the colors of the flag in the background and the arrangement of food on and around the plate. The fresh squeezed lemon adds a .nice touch. Unfortunately, the non-disposable plate and glass indicate that this is more of a sit down meal, than the grab and I go fish and chips I was hoping to see, and for that reason, it did not make the top ten list.

No contest for Fast Food would be complete without an entry of pizza. This shot stood out as one of the best. The lens blur of the background, and the white T-shirts of the workers hints at a hot, steamy kitchen. I love the you can see the oven in the back left of the shot. The back right adds energy and a rush to get things done, without distracting from the main focus--the pizza itself. The pizza is front and center, and elevated by the stack of plates. Wonderful entry. It looks delicious, by the way.
