Fruit on Trees or Bushes

It's amazing really how uniform the bananas are growing these days in the big plantations. They already look perfect for the supermarket shelves. It is interesting to see them in situ growing on the tree. A very clear and focused image.

The bright colours in this image caught my eye first of all. The contrast of the three colours really works a treat - it is so sunny and optimistic. A perfect summer holiday memory from the Mediterranean countries. Thanks for this great image.

That would make a perfect billboard, huge and unmissable. Imagine a hot summer's day and it makes you feel thirsty and in the urgent need of quenching this thirst. The colours and the simple composition are outstanding as they are very clear and simple and therefore so effective. A phantastic image and congratulations on being my winner.

Wow, this photo really tickled my tastebuds. By using this angle for the image and liven up the berries through backlighting, the redcurrants really come to live in a way they wouldn't otherwise. You can even spot some of the little pips inside the red globes. Wonderful composition and execution.

Who wouldn't want to bite in the middle apple, the nearest and most focused? The colours are almost irresistible and the composition just right. The humble apple suddenly looks much more appealing. I like the fact that there a glimpses of surrounding apples visible in the image.
