Upwards and Downwards

In this contest I would like to see you best photos showing any object or structure for moving upwards or downwards. This might be stairs or escalators or something like a winch, so long as the main feature of your image is the object or structure for moving something up or down. Images can be taken indoors or outdoors, and can be in colour, monochrome or selective colour.
