This image is bold, immersive and technically ambitious. The multiple exposure approach creates a real sense of depth and movement, drawing the viewer into the centre of the frame. Despite the complexity, the colour remains vibrant and controlled, and the composition holds together beautifully. It’s a creative and confident interpretation of Multicoloured that feels energetic, intentional and out of this world. A powerful visual statement.
I absolutely loved this image - it's the one that stuck with me from the moment I saw it.. The use of pattern and leading lines pulls you straight into the frame, and then the single person surrounded by the empty white space gives you a moment to pause and breathe. There’s such a lovely balance here between colour, space and storytelling. Technically it’s very well handled - clean, sharp, and evenly exposed - but what really stood out for me was the feeling. It’s calm, thoughtful, and quietly powerful. BRAVO!
This image immediately stood out for its bold use of colour and strong sense of symmetry. The leading lines draw you straight through the frame, and the repetition of pattern feels incredibly satisfying. Technically it’s very well executed - clean exposure, sharp detail, and confident colour control in what could easily be an overwhelming scene. A striking, graphic interpretation of Multicoloured. A really confident piece of work.
This image feels incredibly romantic and film like. Something you’d expect to stumble across in a high-end travel or lifestyle magazine. The repetition of the lanterns creates such a beautiful sense of rhythm, and the soft, layered colour palette feels elegant rather than overpowering. Compositionally, the symmetry and strong central perspective pull you gently through the frame, and technically it’s handled with real finesse, the exposure keeps everything light and airy while still holding detail. It’s a dreamy, refined take on Multicoloured, and a lovely moment of visual calm within the set. Great work!
This image is full of energy and tension, with the diagonal lines of colour creating a strong sense of movement across the frame. The timing feels spot on, capturing a powerful, dynamic moment, and the deep blue sky gives the colours real impact. Technically it’s confidently handled, with sharp focus and well-judged exposure in a fast, unpredictable scene. A bold and expressive interpretation of Multicoloured. Strong, assured photography.

This image feels incredibly atmospheric. The way the coloured light spills across the space from the stained glass is really serene and beautiful, and I loved how it transforms something architectural and still into something almost magical. Technically, the exposure is handled really well - holding detail in the shadows while letting the colour remain luminous - which isn’t easy in a low-light setting like this. Compositionally, the columns and arches give the scene structure, while the colour does all the emotional work.
This is such a calm, satisfying image to sit within the top ten. The colour is beautiful but never shouty, and I loved how it’s echoed so softly in the reflections. Compositionally it’s really strong - the canal creates a natural leading line, and the balance between the buildings, boats and water feels very settled and intentional. Technically, the exposure and colour are handled with real care, letting the scene breathe. It’s a gentler, more observational take on Multicoloured, and a really lovely contrast to some of the bolder entries. Brilliant Image (I now very much want to go here!)
This one really made me smile. It’s bold, playful and packed with colour, but what I loved most is how well it’s been controlled. There’s a lot going on in the frame here - yet it doesn't feel chaotic - the window gives the image a strong anchor, and the balance between pattern, shape and colour is really satisfying. Technically, everything feels sharp and considered, with colours that pop without tipping into overwhelm. It’s a confident, joyful take on the brief and a great example of how multicolour can be graphic, fun and still beautifully composed. I absolutely LOVE IT!

This image really intrigued me. The mood, the weather, and the muted surroundings make the rainbow road feel even more impactful. I loved the contrast between the grey, misty atmosphere and the bold colour cutting straight through the scene. Compositionally, the strong lines pull you in beautifully, and the colour feels purposeful rather than decorative. It’s a quieter, more contemplative take on the brief, and because of that absolutely deserved a place in the top 10! Fantastic Capture!
This image stopped me instantly. It’s unapologetically bold and joyful, and yet so beautifully controlled. The repetition , the lines and the symmetry are incredibly satisfying, and the way the colours sit next to each other feels deliberate rather than overwhelming. From a technical point of view, the exposure, compisition and colour balance are absolutely spot on - every shade gets to shine without fighting for attention. It’s confident, uplifting, and feels like a perfect embodiment of the Multicoloured brief. You obviously have a wonderful eye for colour.
What a brilliant perspective and beautiful array of colours. This felt like a really refreshing change of pace from a lot of the other images I've looked though. The low angle and simple composition let the colours sing without feeling forced, and there’s something very joyful and optimistic about it. From a technical point of view, the focus and depth of field are well judged, and the clean background helps keep everything feeling light and uplifting. I loved having a nature-led image in the mix - it adds balance to the top 10 and shows how multicolour can be just as powerful in a softer, more natural and organic way. Brilliant Image!

The sweeping lines of colour add a wonderful sense of movement and scale to this scene, drawing the eye across the frame and into the landscape beyond. The contrast between the vibrant flags and the muted tones of the surroundings is really effective, giving the colour even more impact. Technically, the exposure is well balanced, holding detail in both the sky and the land. A confident and immersive use of multicolour within a wider environment. Beautifully seen and executed.
This image is full of energy, colour and joy, and it felt important to include something so rooted in people and celebration in the top 10. It’s vibrant, honest and emotionally rich, making it a really fitting way to round off the top ten. Brilliant Capture!
Now this image stopped me in my tracks, it feels playful and full of confidence. The perspective and strong lines create such a sense of movement, and the bold colour against that rich blue sky is just glorious. You've created art from a beautiful building sweeping into the sky. From a technical standpoint, the exposure is beautifully judged to keep the colours vibrant without losing detail. It’s simple, striking I'm so glad this scene inspired you to create in colour on this occasion. Brilliant Work!
This image is a brilliant celebration of colour through repetition and density. The layered buildings create a rich patchwork of tones, and despite the sheer amount going on, the composition feels balanced and cohesive. Technically, the exposure and colour handling are spot on, allowing each shade to stand out while still working harmoniously together. An extremly very satisfying image.
